Asda Recurring Slot Not Working
- Neither my father-in-law nor I have the receipt, but knowing ASDA for being reasonably good in their customer service I took it back to a store near to my work (not the one my father-in-law bought it from) and explained the situation. The customer service rep was pretty helpful to be fair.
- I have a recurring slot so I am going to try a different approach. I have purchased an Asda gift card from my local Asda. If it doesn't work at least I will still have the card to use at a later date. Hopefully this will work. I will confirm in a later review, but worth a go.
- Actual message is something like 'sim will not work until phone restarted. As I am at the far edge of 3 towers (02/VF/3) and only o2 is strong here I THINK its associated with (some aspect of PN's) registering with the tower(s) (as the ASDA EE sim loses signal but regains it again OK and doesn't need phone reboots).

You can now set a recurring top-up on you Asda Mobile account. There are 2 ways to do this, set up a recurring top-up to be taken every 7, 10, 14 or 30 days. Or you can set it for a specific date between the 1st and 28th of each month.

If you have already registered your credit/debit card just text AUTOTOP#amount#frequency # and then the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card to 2732. E.g., AUTOTOP#10#14#1234. Once submitted we will send you a text message confirming all of the details. If any of these details are incorrect please call 2732 and speak to one of the team so we can update them for you.
Recurring top-up between 1st and 28th of each month - You will need to call us first on 2732 to register your credit/debit card. Once you have done this we can set it up for you there and then.
